Why this lens

I came into marketing from forensic psychology — a field built entirely on one question: why did this person do what they did? That lens changes how I read a funnel. I don’t look at a dropping conversion rate and reach for new creative. I ask what friction the user is hitting, what trust signal is missing, what the data is actually saying.

I’ve spent 10+ years building social programs at scale — from founding a content operation with zero infrastructure to overseeing $3M+ in monthly Meta spend across 100+ brands. I’ve built pricing models, SOP libraries, AI workflow systems, and reporting architecture. I’ve sat on leadership committees advising on department strategy and client profitability.
